If at any time you’re not satisfied with the performance of a WRSI product, please return it to the dealer where it was purchased or contact WRSI directly. If we find that a WRSI product is defective, we will at our option repair it, replace it or refund the purchase price. WRSI disclaims all other express or implied warranties. WRSI will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages caused by or resulting from the use or performance of WRSI products.
WRSI helmets are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only. This warranty does not apply if damages are caused through abuse, negligence, improper repairs, inadequate fit, modifications and alterations, or if used other than the manner intended.
