How to measure:
- Chest/Bust: With arms down at your sides, measure around the largest part of the chest, generally across the nipples.
- Waist: Measure at the natural waist (where the sides of your torso crease when bending side to side); above the hip bones, usually across the navel.
- Hips: With feet together, measure around the widest part of the hips, across the fullest point of the buttocks.
- Head: Measure above brow, around the fullest part of the head.
- Sleeve: Measure from the center of the back of the neck, along the shoulders and arms to the wrist.
- Inseam: Measure from the crotch along the inside of the leg to the bottom of the ankle.
Tips for taking accurate measurements:
- It’s best to have a friend or family member do the measuring.
- Use a cloth measuring tape. If you don’t have one, use a cord (or an NRS strap!) and transfer that to a tape measure.
- Measure in your street clothes; we size technical outerwear pieces like drysuits and dry tops to include room for layering underneath.
- Stand up straight and relax.

You may return an item for refund or exchange up to 30 days after receipt, as long as it hasn't been used or damaged, is still in its original packaging and/or has original labels still attached. Please complete our returns form and send this, together with the item, to the address on the form. Please note that unless the item is faulty or we had supplied the wrong item, you are responsible for the cost of return. Refunds will be made using the same method as the original transaction. If you opt for enhanced shipping, that charge is not refundable.
Custom-made or personalised items are not refundable unless they are defective.

If we find that an NRS product is defective, we will at our option repair it, replace it, or refund the purchase price. Certain NRS products, including inflatable boats and SUP boards, are covered for a specified warranty period. NRS disclaims all other express or implied warranties. NRS will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages caused by or resulting from the use or performance of NRS products.
