An essential item of safety equipment for any outdoor activity, survival shelters are now increasingly used by mountain rescue teams, outdoor centres, hiking clubs watersports clubs and youth groups. Originally designed as lightweight emergency shelters, they create a surprisingly warm and sheltered internal microclimate. Lightweight survival bothy for protection from the elements. Two sizes are available a 2-person and larger 4 persons. The Lifesystems shelter can be a lifesaver, but also convenient if you want to stop for lunch and hide from the elements.

You may return an item for refund or exchange up to 30 days after receipt, as long as it hasn't been used or damaged, is still in its original packaging and/or has original labels still attached. Please complete our returns form and send this, together with the item, to the address on the form. Please note that unless the item is faulty or we had supplied the wrong item, you are responsible for the cost of return. Refunds will be made using the same method as the original transaction. If you opt for enhanced shipping, that charge is not refundable.
Custom-made or personalised items are not refundable unless they are defective.

Below is an extract of the manufacturer’s warranty. If you want to make a claim under their warranty, please contact us in the first instance and we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf. Please provide us with your name, address and contact details, when you bought the product from us and what the fault is, together with pictures.
Lifesystems warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the Limited Warranty Period of 3 (three) years. The Limited Warranty Period starts on the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care, alteration, or damage caused by any form of natural disaster such as floods and earthquakes. Coverage terminates if the original purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product. You may be required to provide proof of purchase as a condition of receiving warranty service.
During the Limited Warranty Period, Lifesystems will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective product (or any part thereof) and return the product to you. There is no charge for the inspection or the return postage. This warranty excludes claims for incidental or consequential damages in connection with the warranty problem.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that may vary from state to state or from country to country. Warranty service availability and response times may vary from country to country. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
