The ash thwart is a solid thwart designed to be cut to the correct length for your canoe and attached to the gunnels using 2.5" stainless steel bolts. If you feel slightly nervous about doing this to your own boat, then let us take the stress away for you. We can do this for you in store if you are able to bring your boat in to us. Delivery surcharges may apply to these areas, £15.00 for IM and BT postcodes or £12.50 for others.
Shipping charges will be calculated at the checkout once your postcode is entered.

You may return an item for refund or exchange up to 30 days after receipt, as long as it hasn't been used or damaged, is still in its original packaging and/or has original labels still attached. Please complete our returns form and send this, together with the item, to the address on the form. Please note that unless the item is faulty or we had supplied the wrong item, you are responsible for the cost of return. Refunds will be made using the same method as the original transaction. If you opt for enhanced shipping, that charge is not refundable.
Custom-made or personalised items are not refundable unless they are defective.

Please provide us with your name, address and contact details, when you bought the product from us and what the fault is, together with pictures.

Limited Lifetime Warranty Info
All Wenonah Canoe products are warranted to the original owner against manufacturer’s defects in materials and workmanship for life. If you ever experience a product failure due to a manufacturing or materials defect, we will repair or replace it without charge at our option. Damages due to negligence, improper use, accident, wherein the manufacturer is not at fault, will be repaired at a reasonable charge. Shipping costs will be assessed to the product owner at the discretion of the manufacturer. A copy of the original purchase receipt is required for all warranty claims.
