Description
The Palm Mistral is made to bridge the gap between a whitewater cag and a touring jacket. Designed to keep the water out, you comfortable and a 3D articulated cut to fit you perfectly and give you a great range of movement. The all purpose Mistral jacket, with latex wrist seals, twin waist and a collar which opens wide for ventilation neatly bridges the gap between whitewater and touring gear.

If you fit a medium jacket, you will likely provide a medium in the rest of Palm's complementary thermals, trousers and Cags; but everyone is different. The best way to find a good fit is to try out our range of gear at our shop. Also, we are very good at giving advice.

From the floor to the top of your head, best measured against a wall.
Chest
Measure horizontally under the armpits around the fullest part of your chest and shoulder blades.
Waist
Measure the waist circumference at the smallest part of your waist.

Measure from your ankle bone to your groin.

You may return an item for refund or exchange up to 30 days after receipt, as long as it hasn't been used or damaged, is still in its original packaging and/or has original labels still attached. Please complete our returns form and send this, together with the item, to the address on the form. Please note that unless the item is faulty or we had supplied the wrong item, you are responsible for the cost of return. Refunds will be made using the same method as the original transaction. If you opt for enhanced shipping, that charge is not refundable.
Custom-made or personalised items are not refundable unless they are defective.

Below is an extract of the manufacturer’s warranty. If you want to make a claim under their warranty, please contact us in the first instance and we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf. Please provide us with your name, address and contact details, when you bought the product from us and what the fault is, together with pictures.
Palm Equipment International Ltd products are guaranteed for twenty-four months from the date of consumer purchase. This guarantee is only valid to the original retail purchaser (consumer) against defects in material and workmanship. If a product is found to be defective during the first twenty-four (24) months of use due to a manufacturing failure, Palm Equipment International Ltd will repair or replace at our option any defective part.
The product may be sent directly to Palm Equipment or to your represented distributor or retailer (carriage/freight prepaid). For warranty claims, you must enclose the original invoice or receipt number and date of purchase, along with your name, address and a daytime contact telephone number or email address.
Products outside of the warranty can be repaired (please see repairs list). Each garment is assessed individually and owners are advised on costs before repairs are undertaken.
This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, nor damage resulting from abuse, alteration or unauthorised repair. Due to the vulnerability of latex seals and fabric socks, no guarantee can be given on these once the garment has been worn. Clothing must be clean and dry before being sent back for warranty and repair work. Wet or dirty products will not be repaired and will be returned to sender. Please allow up to twenty one (21) working days for items to be returned.
