The Sweet Protection Wanderer Helmet is a dependable helmet that has been a firm favourite since its initial introduction in 2008, it has since been updated several times to the super tough, all-rounder it is today.
Perfect for all-round river use, and one of the best sellers when it comes to protective wear for watersports, the Wanderer Helmet features a super impact-resistant injection-molded ABS thermoplastic shell that has been constructed with special rubber-toughened production to offer high levels of durability and protective performance. The polymer shell has also been reinforced with carbon-fibre (CRP) that helps to provide incredible strength to weight ratio in addition to high rigidity and impact performance by laminating fibres with different properties and directions to create a super-light and optimized shell.
The Wanderer Helmet also features a molded expanded Polypropylene (EPP) liner that provides long-lasting shock absorption. It can cope with high energy levels and comes with some memory ability for additional comfort. The shock-absorbing liner is also super light, allowing you to almost forget you are wearing it! The Wanderer is the only Sweet Protection Helmet in the whitewater range that features direct ventilation to keep you cool thanks to optimal air circulation and comes with a Coolmax liner that boasts moisture-wicking properties alongside being hypoallergenic so that you can remain comfortable in a range of temperatures and environments.
The Wanderer Helmet boasts an Occigrip construction that provides a firm and comfortable fit using "micro-adjustments", being easily adjustable in both reach and height with a low volume mechanism and comes with fit pads that you can place wherever you want for the ultimate personalised fit.

You may return an item for refund or exchange up to 30 days after receipt, as long as it hasn't been used or damaged, is still in its original packaging and/or has original labels still attached. Please complete our returns form and send this, together with the item, to the address on the form. Please note that unless the item is faulty or we had supplied the wrong item, you are responsible for the cost of return. Refunds will be made using the same method as the original transaction. If you opt for enhanced shipping, that charge is not refundable.
Custom-made or personalised items are not refundable unless they are defective.

Please provide us with your name, address and contact details, when you bought the product from us and what the fault is, together with pictures.
Our simple mission is to build the best possible products. We always seek to use the most advanced materials, technology and production methods. Sweet Protection AS warrants all products to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.
If a Sweet product fails due to defects in craftsmanship or materials, within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. For detailed information please see the guideline below and/or the product specification following the product.

Before you return any product you must contact Sweet by phone or e-mail to obtain a return authorization

Ensure that the returned product is washed, clean and dry before shipping. Dirty and/or foul smelling garments/helmets will be returned unprocessed or may delay the process with an additional surcharge.

Remember to include a note with your name, address and phone number AND, make sure to include a short statement explaining the warranty problem.
Alternatively, you may also return your product to the store from where you originally purchased the product. Any Sweet dealer is able to handle the warranty process on your behalf.
NOTE: Damage due to wear and tear, misuse or neglect is not covered under warranty, but may be repairable for a reasonable fee. Please contact our warranty department if you have any questions.
LATEX GASKETS
Sweet Protection guarantees our latex gaskets to be free from defects at the time of purchase only. Latex gaskets need tender love and care to function properly over time. We suggest using 303, Seal Saver or other protectants to maintain a flexible, comfortable and dependable gasket. Direct sunlight breaks down the latex, so we also recommend doing your best to limit exposure of these gaskets to harmful UV (Ultraviolet) rays. Please feel free to contact us if you need help finding a replacement gasket or a service center near you that could help with the repair.
