Astral Warranty

Below is an extract of the manufacturer’s warranty. If you want to make a claim under their warranty, please contact us in the first instance and we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf. Please provide us with your name, address and contact details, when you bought the product from us and what the fault is, together with pictures.

All Astral products are guaranteed under warranty to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for the reasonable lifespan of the product.

If you believe that your Astral product has a manufacturing defect, discontinue use immediately and fill out the Warranty Form. Please note, continued use of a defective item may void the warranty.  Astral reserves the right to determine what is a manufacturing defect. This does not include normal wear and tear, product misuse, or accidental damage.
