Venture Cruiser with Fit 4 outfitting boasts a deep-fill, pivoting seat that can be adjusted to an angle tailored perfectly to you in addition to seat support that self-adjusts to maintain optimal hull integrity, impact resistance, and performance, ensuring a smooth ride even on choppy waters.
The Fit 4 thigh grips boast a highly ergonomic shape with easy, rock-solid adjustment which in addition to the oversized hip pads combine to ensure the best position for precise edge control and easy rolling. The padded backrest offers simple rope-cleat adjustment that allows you to find the ideal paddling posture for fine-tuned, comfortable support.

You may return an item for refund or exchange up to 30 days after receipt, as long as it hasn't been used or damaged, is still in its original packaging and/or has original labels still attached. Please complete our returns form and send this, together with the item, to the address on the form. Please note that unless the item is faulty or we had supplied the wrong item, you are responsible for the cost of return. Refunds will be made using the same method as the original transaction. If you opt for enhanced shipping, that charge is not refundable.
Custom-made or personalised items are not refundable unless they are defective.

Please provide us with your name, address and contact details, when you bought the product from us and what the fault is, together with pictures.

(* Valid to the original owner against defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product).
In the rare occurrence that a warranty claim is necessary, they will always do their best to provide a speedy resolution and help you get back on the water with as little effort on your part as possible; all they ask is that prior to using your Venture Canoe or Kayak, you familiarise yourself with their care & maintenance guidelines and adhere to them as far as possible.
If you believe that you have a genuine warranty claim; please contact Canoe and kayak store from which the boat was purchased in the first instance, detailing the nature of the claim, the circumstances in which the fault became evident, and providing supporting evidence including a copy of your proof of purchase and clear photos of the fault as well as of the whole boat.
