You may return an item for refund or exchange up to 30 days after receipt, as long as it hasn't been used or damaged, is still in its original packaging and/or has original labels still attached. Please complete our returns form and send this, together with the item, to the address on the form. Please note that unless the item is faulty or we had supplied the wrong item, you are responsible for the cost of return. Refunds will be made using the same method as the original transaction. If you opt for enhanced shipping, that charge is not refundable.
Custom-made or personalised items are not refundable unless they are defective.

Please provide us with your name, address and contact details, when you bought the product from us and what the fault is, together with pictures.
Hou are proud to offer a one-year warranty on all Hou canoes, providing you with peace of mind and confidence in your purchase. This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
What is Covered:
- Structural integrity of the hull and deck
- Quality of materials used in the construction
- Manufacturing defects
What is Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper use, storage, or maintenance
- Accidental damage, abuse, or neglect
- Modifications or repairs not performed by authorized personnel
How to Claim:
If you encounter an issue covered by this warranty, please contact us with your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the problem with photos. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, repair or replace the canoe at our discretion.
To ensure the longevity of your canoe and the safety of your paddling adventures, always follow recommended maintenance procedures and store your canoe properly when not in use.
