You may return an item for refund or exchange up to 30 days after receipt, as long as it hasn't been used or damaged, is still in its original packaging and/or has original labels still attached. Please complete our returns form and send this, together with the item, to the address on the form. Please note that unless the item is faulty or we had supplied the wrong item, you are responsible for the cost of return. Refunds will be made using the same method as the original transaction. If you opt for enhanced shipping, that charge is not refundable. 

Custom-made or personalised items are not refundable unless they are defective.

Below is an extract of the manufacturer’s warranty. If you want to make a claim under their warranty, please contact us in the first instance and we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf. Please provide us with your name, address and contact details, when you bought the product from us and what the fault is, together with pictures.

Our simple mission is to build the best possible products. We always seek to use the most advanced materials, technology and production methods. Sweet Protection AS warrants all products to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.

If a Sweet product fails due to defects in craftsmanship or materials, within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. For detailed information please see the guideline below and/or the product specification following the product.

THE WARRANTY PROCESS

• Before you return any product you must contact Sweet by phone or e-mail to obtain a return authorization

• Ensure that the returned product is washed, clean and dry before shipping. Dirty and/or foul smelling garments/helmets will be returned unprocessed or may delay the process with an additional surcharge.

• Remember to include a note with your name, address and phone number AND, make sure to include a short statement explaining the warranty problem.

Alternatively, you may also return your product to the store from where you originally purchased the product. Any Sweet dealer is able to handle the warranty process on your behalf.

NOTE: Damage due to wear and tear, misuse or neglect is not covered under warranty, but may be repairable for a reasonable fee. Please contact our warranty department if you have any questions.

LATEX GASKETS

Sweet Protection guarantees our latex gaskets to be free from defects at the time of purchase only. Latex gaskets need tender love and care to function properly over time. We suggest using 303, Seal Saver or other protectants to maintain a flexible, comfortable and dependable gasket. Direct sunlight breaks down the latex, so we also recommend doing your best to limit exposure of these gaskets to harmful UV (Ultraviolet) rays. Please feel free to contact us if you need help finding a replacement gasket or a service center near you that could help with the repair.
