Description
The Whetman 1" D-Ring gives you a quick and convenient way to accessorise your boat or SUP - simply glue the patch onto the boat or SUP to create an anchor point that will allow you to tie your kit down and keep it secure on the water. The reinforced PVC patch features a stainless D-ring bar tacked with high tensile polyester thread and will fit neatly on a variety of vessels.
To glue the D-Ring PVC Patch onto plastic/composite boats, use a 2-part epoxy resin glue. To glue the patch onto PVC eg. on inflatable kayaks or SUPs use a 2-part PVC glue.
The PVC reinforced patch can hold a considerable weight at a low angle shear. 50kg of weight can be held without any signs of failure of the patch however the patch is not as strong if pulled at right angles to the surface it is attached to.

You may return an item for refund or exchange up to 30 days after receipt, as long as it hasn't been used or damaged, is still in its original packaging and/or has original labels still attached. Please complete our returns form and send this, together with the item, to the address on the form. Please note that unless the item is faulty or we had supplied the wrong item, you are responsible for the cost of return. Refunds will be made using the same method as the original transaction. If you opt for enhanced shipping, that charge is not refundable.
Custom-made or personalised items are not refundable unless they are defective.
