Description
The Wenonah Web Seat is made with an ash frame and fitted with a black nylon web seat portion for maximum durability and comfort. Several sizes available as indicated. Sizes are measured as, firstly, full length of the frame and, secondly, length of web portion. You will need to cut them to size to fit your canoe. If you feel slightly nervous about doing this to your own boat, then let us take the stress away for you. We can do this for you in store if you are able to bring your boat in to us. Due to the size and price of drysuits, we use Fedex or Royal Mail Special Delivery for shipping. This ensures that your items reach you efficiently and securely. If you have specific preferences regarding shipping methods or carriers, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team.

*The following postcodes are classed, by carriers, as NOT being mainland UK:

Delivery surcharges may apply to these areas, £15.00 for IM and BT postcodes or £12.50 for others.
Shipping charges will be calculated at the checkout once your postcode is entered.
Please note that deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer.

You may return an item for refund or exchange up to 30 days after receipt, as long as it hasn't been used or damaged, is still in its original packaging and/or has original labels still attached. Please complete our returns form and send this, together with the item, to the address on the form. Please note that unless the item is faulty or we had supplied the wrong item, you are responsible for the cost of return. Refunds will be made using the same method as the original transaction. If you opt for enhanced shipping, that charge is not refundable.
Custom-made or personalised items are not refundable unless they are defective.

Below is an extract of the manufacturer’s warranty. If you want to make a claim under their warranty, please contact us in the first instance and we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf. Please provide us with your name, address and contact details, when you bought the product from us and what the fault is, together with pictures.

Limited Lifetime Warranty Info
All Wenonah Canoe products are warranted to the original owner against manufacturer’s defects in materials and workmanship for life. If you ever experience a product failure due to a manufacturing or materials defect, we will repair or replace it without charge at our option. Damages due to negligence, improper use, accident, wherein the manufacturer is not at fault, will be repaired at a reasonable charge. Shipping costs will be assessed to the product owner at the discretion of the manufacturer. A copy of the original purchase receipt is required for all warranty claims.
