A few years ago, Jobe was one of the first to introduce a 3 year warranty on all products. And in order to claim this warranty, a consumer would need to register within 2 weeks of purchase.
But for 2023, Jobe took your feedback and improved on it. How you ask?
Registration is no longer required
Jobe get that you might overlook registration immediately, which is why Jobe have removed the need to register yourself online. But do make sure you always save your receipt in order to claim the warranty as the proof through a receipt will be required for the future.
Extended warranty on the SUP range
Jobe have extended the warranty on their SUP range to 5 years from now on, something which Jobe are really excited about and which they have done to back up the quality of their inflatable SUP range. And for Jobe's SUP range it is only required that you save your receipt in order to be able to claim your 5 years warranty.
So it is actually pretty easy: just make sure you save the receipt and all will be fine!
